Had physical therapy more than once for torn muscles, tendons, ligaments... that ultrasound thing is great.. gets all warm... speeds healing. I think its supposed to help with blood flow to the damaged areas and introduce fresh nutrients

I am beginning to forget about my ranger aspirations.. i have learned too much to be an idealist in that situation...looks like windmills for me..maybe

The thing is I am actually more lienient and a whole lot nicer than the ranger I am subbing for. Borrowed the Park Ranger magnets off the other truck and now half the time people stop whatever stupid thing they are doing when I drive by. Saturday nights though are when all heck breaks loose usually. So far so good and I have not needed to call-in the other ranger yet. If I can make it through the rest of the weekend then yes I will make ranger someday. For the record though I have not written anyone up yet and the park I am at is where the majority of citations are issued even though it is not the largest park.

Judging from the tp, beer cans and other garbage left in several sites I witnessed over the past several days I would recommend not only kicking them out, but putting a gate at the entrances to scenic natural areas and preventing entry to the majority of people...

But then that's me.

Breaking a 4 week dry spell, surf that is !!!!! Cruised the strip and settled with chesty to head high glassalicious rights sat morn followed by a huge brekey brunch that was waiting back at camp along with a happy little girl who was stoked Daddy finnaly got some waves. Afternoon beers on the deck at Docs old haunt. Next morn fog sesh under the shroud had me wondering why I hadn't brought more rocker for those steep drops. Bit of a fog bump, but oh so fast and shredable in a quadalistic natural mystic way.
