What pisses me off...........

corn cobs can be very dangerous.

keep your fingers crossed that they got chewed up all the way. waiting for them to come through.

People who pull out in front of me only to go 5-10 MPH under the speed limit when they could have waited for me to pass and then had an open lane for a mile.

Now this thread is going somewhere.

A couple of years ago, my son had the flu and puked all over his bedroom carpet in the middle of the night. We just cleaned him up and had him spend the rest of the night with us. By morning, the dog had removed all evidence from his room.

Having a barely English speaking latino walk off the job saying Im not nice enough to him at work after I refused to sell a $40 plate because the protein was burnt.
Small rant....
I am all for the foreign workers coming and so forth. However, they MUST adapt to our language. Yeah, Americans knowing Spanish is a huge plus, however, you are in the USA. I am not a tyrant at work, but there is a certain level of what is acceptable and what is not. Sorry Pedro... but I do have the skills and background to be just fine when you walk off the line.
Then you have the nuts to ask if you are supposed to come back tomorrow?! HA! Yeah, come clean the toilets for a couple of days... then you are gone.
I cant believe how small the talent pool is these days. Sadly I have been told that the Americans (well in the coastal area) dont want the demanding kitchen work because it is hard work and there is an expectation to perform every night. That leaves the other culture to fill the void.....
In some ways I cant wait for this working vacation to be over. Yeah, might miss the surf here, but at least I will be back in my michelin starred kitchen......
Pedro, grow a sack......
