Hanging out with my captain friend all weekend and learning about her world at sea and sharing her story with good peeps. I haven't been that inspired by someone in years. Listening to her speak, and seeing the journey from where it started to where it is now reminded me of the real essence of this life (a thing that I lose sight of now and again, because of circumstance). This weekend profoundly change my life. For the better. Anyone one can live the dream, it just takes the courage and will to do so. I'm a believer.

I can't take responsibility for your cerebral relations, my head goes to "Shock the Monkey," a song, that for some reason I know nearly all the words to, but have no idea what it means.

Snowboarding in my sister's backyard no lift ticket needed. It was pretty fun though I wish there was a longer steeper run. There are bushes in the neighbor's yard that stop you. Gonna head over tomorrow for some more snow fun. Her road would be a sweet run minus cars.

Pre-Employment drug tests. The only test that I never have to study for and always know I'll ace. Should not have eaten poppyseed crackers last week, if I fail I will know why.

Coulda cared less a week or so ago, but I am finnaly starting to get amped for some snowbroing. Guess it's my biological clock sounding off with all this white stuff falling. Spending Christmas riding the rockies capped off by a road trip back to Oregon with a 2 day stop in Jackson for some big mountian turns. Statesides white version of the North Shore. Cant wait to slash some spiney wind lips and rides some trees. Stokein!
