What pisses me off...........

Having to wake up at 3 am.
Slippery Slippery stairs on oil tankers.
Sliding down half a flight and almost taking out the third mate.
Then spending the next 3 hours on those same stairs and ladders.
Watching your coworker biff it on nearly flat ground-priceless.

Thank goodness for good donut shops and ship captains and crews that are polite and hospitable.

No but the one engineer guy was following me around like a puppy dog for a bit. Guess they don't see women very often.

Skating to my watering hole and getting pulled over by a pig for not having a light. Then he puts my hands behind my head searches me then takes my ID and asks me how many warrants are out on me. I'm pretty sure he didn't pull me over for not having a light. At least he let me go ticketless. #$%^ the Po' leese.

I can understand if you were biking without a light but skating come on. Yeah he was just looking for an excuse.

bursitis on my right elbow, and a torn fascicle sheath on the back of my left hand (it's swelled up like a balloon).... all on the same job. Three beautiful summer days I could've spent with my family down the drain and I'm a wreck.

Sorry to hear of your injuries Spee...
I hurt all over, hopefully temporarily...
20 miles of backcountry hiking in 2 days...
Bull of the Woods Wilderness...
Got rained on hard on 2nd night...
9:30pm to 4:30am, little sleep...
Kept feeling the floor of the tent for water...
Tent worked great, generally dry...
Although dampness was prevalent...
The hike out of Silver King Lake however...
Rainsoaked headhigh underbrush...
Once we reached the ridge...
I literally poured water out of my boots...
Then today, decided it was high time...
To add rafters to my man shack I'm building...
13 16' 2x6's on a 10' to 8' slant...
Solo of course, as my help (16 yr old) was out of town...
On rafter #10 my right arm started cramping...
On both inside & outside of the forearm...
Unpleasant, but battled through it...
And got it all done...
Ready for sheathing & roofing next weekend...
Maybe.

Condos require a 10% down payment because of the mortgage insurance.

Sitting here frothing on a hurricane swell on the east coast. The way shitts playing out, it could be pretty fuking epic where my parents live. If it comes through there will be waves like this, but warm. This is mid Feb and way colder than Oregon ever gets. My cousin pulling in like the mad man he is. Homeboys ampin right now.
