I have to admit that I couldn't keep up after 43 minutes.

Whoopin' my own @ss in the gym on a regular basis now.
Bumping up the inensity at a steady pace.

No more languishing on the stationary cycle for 30 minutes to only have my heart rate raised by the 20-something blonde on the eliptical machine in front of me.

Nope, it's now 30 minutes on the step-mill and 30 on the treadmill followed by various lifting routines.

Still fat as hell, but less fat than I was.

Driven to enter the water again.
Driven even more just to stay alive.

Weight loss program...
Crack molar on an olive pit...
Don't eat much for a week...
Don't drink much for a week...
Yank molar...
Don't eat or drink much for a another few days...
I don't recommend it...
But it does work.
