wife has been sick... i've fought it off valiantly with super vitamin doses, tea, emergen-c, lots of watered down gatorade..... and now I feel like I've been hit by a flippin' train.

Coming down with a cold just in time for my 4 day weekend and attending the Olympics. All the Sudafed in the world is not helping this. think I need a second round of fun at the Olympics. Hopefully I can drag a friend into going with me next week. Canadians know how to party.

What's going on with all the knee sweepers? They say that SUPing is an excellent core workout, but I think that's under the assumption that you're actually standing up. Don't you think that you have enough extra advantage catching waves with a 12 foot board and a paddle that you could get off your knees? Why not just get a canoe?
