Probably a good call, most cops lack patience and have ADD. One guy was a SWAT sniper, can't imagine he'd need these skills.

Not sure exactly what that means.
They didn't come directly to me, I was already heading out for a weekend of training and the boss is a detective that is heavily involved in tracking so she invited other Sheriff's Dept. members to join in. We ended up with enough new people from various backgrounds that I spent the days showing them some introductory stuff in the field rather than doing much training myself. I was kind of thrown into the position by necessity.

Modern medicine. Antibiotics are working, painkillers worked, and I did not have to get my finger sliced open. If they could only just come up with a tetanus shot that did not make me feel like I had the flu.

As long as they are not physically attractive, it's ok to be stoked about cougars. If they are physically attractive AND a cougar, then you're just a shallow man.
