What stoketh thee...

This forum is for SURF topics such as localism and rants that are usually negative in nature. If you're a baby, complainer, or generally think you're right and everyone else is wrong this is the place for you. PLEASE NOTE, all forum rules still apply, but just a little more liberally enforced. Registration is required.

Having a box of organic veggies and fruits waiting for me when I get home.
Having no idea what is in said box.
And having no idea what i am supposed to do with rainbow chard.

Very cool service....

stir fry with some other greens in a little olive oil, garlic, add salt, some currants or raisins, maybe a little balsamic vinegar.

Having the only Chick-fil-A in the NW 30 minutes from my house. It is just an express version but I missed that place and they have the lemonade so I am happy. The best of both worlds now since Tim Hortons is just a short drive north. Really I barely eat out.

like a corny bastard i'm just stoked.

stoked on the offshore hollow peelers we found on friday arvo after a fruitless search all morning.
stoked on the whales that were 50 yrds or so away as we tried to pull into tiny close-out barels.
stoked on burning up gas, checking the wrong spot.
stoked on paddling out into wind blown junk and finding reeled up walls.
stoked on the wrong board.
stoked on blowing it, falling on my face, hurting myself.
stoked on wet sandy wetsuits first thing in the morning.
stoked on kids making fun of the grey in my beard at the astoria skatepark.
stoked on boneless one on 2' trannies.
stoked on running into a mad mix of surf companions and drinking barley wine.
so stoked, i'll probably be denied re-entry back into the homeland.
they frown on this type of thing.
