I used to play water polo in college, but since then have not done much swimming or polo.

As for the polo coming up... Each year there is a tournament held at the college I graduated from. A friend of mine is talking about getting an alumni team together to go mix it up. In the past they've had OSU, UofO, UofIdaho, A Boise master's team, I think there has been a couple of teams from Portland, some college from Washington, and a team from California.

I'm not sure on the dates for the tourny this year, or whose going to be playing, but I know it's coming up in the spring.

Laugh all you want there Mr. 3-packs-a-day. I got $20 that says you could not make it through an entire class without stoping.

i have to admit..it is a bit disconcerning that though the class was difficult, that a percentage of the class were still heffers.

If you think that step classes are hard, try a spinning class (stationary bike).

Yeah man...i know that spinning is a brutal class. I will work my way up to that one.

Gotta say...it may sound totally gay with the Sweatin' to the oldies crap...btu it was a great Cardio Workout.

The embarrassing part was when i went in I grabbed a step and a couple risers. the instructor knowing that I was new to the class...came and took my risers away.

I will be there.. this weekend is looking a bit small.. better hold out for at least a head high day..that or break out the pickle

NMM...that might make for a happy Monday for you, but for me it would make for Happy Traction. Or Happy Cardio-infraction.

i think I'll stick with the sweating to the oldies.

God I wish I had a decent pool nearby,
nmm, Although I haven't seen you surf, your swim routine must give you huge confidence!! Good for you, keep up the hard work!
I swam AAU for 10 years as a kid. I would love to get a bit more confidence back, Surfing is so mental.
If its flat then go ride!
