2. 7 mile run: 55 min
Lift weights for 30 min
32 overhanded pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups: 30 min
3. Go home, drink a beer, crash.
4. Repeat.
Eat Sleep Surf Jiu-jitsu. Repeat.
