Charlie Mingus:Epitaph
however it is kind of getting drowned out by the snowplows and the bus #14 stop outside on its way to Hirvensalo. Its ok though as I finish the last of my 1990 Chateau D'Yquem Sauternes. Only two more bottles of that left,,,,,,,,,,,

The Cure "Pictures of You"

i've been looking so long at these pictures of you
that i almost belive that they're real
i've been living so long with my pictures of you
that i almost believe that the pictures are all i can feel

remembering you standing quiet in the rain
as i ran to your heart to be near
and we kissed as the sky fell in holding you close
how i always held close in your fear

remembering you running soft through the night
you were bigger and brighter and whiter than the snow
and screamed at the make-believe screamed at the sky
and you finally found all your courage to let it all go

remembering you fallen into my arms
crying for the death of your heart
you were stone white so delicate lost in the cold
you were always so lost in the dark
remembering you how you used to be
slow drowned you were angels so much more than everything
oh hold for the last time then slip away quietly
open my eyes but i never see anything

if only i had thought of the right words
i could have held on to your heart
if only i'd thought of the right words i wouldn't be breaking apart
all my pictures of you

Looking So long at these pictures of you
but i never hold on to your heart
looking so long for the words to be true
but always just breaking apart
my pictures of you

there was nothing in the world that i ever wanted more
than to feel you deep in my heart
there was nothing in the world that i ever wanted more
than to never feel the breaking apart
all my pictures of you

Thee Silver Mt Zion Memorial Orchestra and The Tra La La Band "Horses In The Sky"

Think anarcho-punks playing violins and cellos in an abandoned warehouse by the train tracks as the apocalypse approaches.

Boardriding is about timing and style...It’s youthful, active, casual, and free flowing. There is no wrong way to ride a board. The goal is simply to learn, progress, improve, and give it your own interpretation.

Radiohead "High and Dry"

Two jumps in a week,
I bet you think that's pretty clever don't you boy?
Flying on your motorcycle,
watching all the ground beneath you drop
You'd kill yourself for recognition,
kill yourself to never, ever stop
You broke another mirror,
turning into something you are not

Don't leave me high, don't leave me dry
Don't leave me high, don't leave me dry

Drying up in conversation,
you'll be the one who cannot talk
All your insides fall to pieces,
you just sit there wishing you could still make love
They're the ones who'll hate you
when you think you've got the world all sussed out
They're the ones who'll spit on you,
you'll be the one screaming out

Don't leave me high, don't leave me dry
Don't leave me high, don't leave me dry

Oh, it's the best thing that you ever had,
the best thing that you ever, ever had.
It's the best thing that you ever had,
the best thing you have had has gone away.

Don't leave me high, don't leave me dry
Don't leave me high, don't leave me dry
Don't leave me high,
Don't leave me high, don't leave me dry

My favorite lines....

They're the ones who'll hate you
when you think you've got the world all sussed out
They're the ones who'll spit on you,
you'll be the one screaming out
