Hour and half of Bikram Yoga today. I'm hot, flexible, and tired. Did I mention I'm hot?

Group Power and Group Ride. Check them out amazing workouts and alot of fun. Ive been doing both for over a year. The group power is great for all around strength and quite a few of the routines hit the shoulders... and Group Ride for your cardio.

If anyone around Salem would want to check it out I got passes.

Also anyone here into doing Tri Athalons?

I've done a few triathlons in the past. I wouldn't mind getting in shape for the Beaver Freezer (mostly for the shirt).

I've been thinking about a triathalon.
Anyone here done any X-Dog events? Those sound interesting too, because it is a combination of trail running and an obstacle course. I think they do mtn. biking, as well.

I did some drugs at three dog night show once....sort of like an x-dog event, nothing like a triathalon. Unless you count shoving past the crowd and hurtling blockade obstacle courses for a better seat.

I'm so out of shape. I had back surgery two months ago and I haven't been able to do anything but lay in bed the entire time. I've gained ten pounds over that time, so I'm about 30 pounds over weight, and I've been smoking.
I'm not looking forward to surfing or working out. I'm afraid I'll never get back into it. Laying around has become a habit.

1 1/2 hour of Bikram Yoga today. It is very humbling to see the round & not so little house wife rock each pose while I'm still struggling to maintain my balance.
