Oregon Beach Monitoring Program The Beach Monitoring Program is an EPA grant funded program designed to monitor the water quality along coasts and estuaries. Tests are run on coastal waters to determine whether or not there are any pollutants present. Site posts any advisories.

MagicSeaweed.com A user driven surf forecasting service. They download an enormous amount of surf and weather related data (every few minutes) to create their own forecasts, graphs and charts designed specifically for surfers. We like their philosophy: that forecast information should be freely available on the web. Kudos, guys. They just finished the Oregon section. Check it out.

WaveWatch Their site has a ton of features, including the ability to install the WaveWatch forecasting "magnet" directly on your computer which will give you near real-time buoy information 24-7 without needing to go to the website. Email alerts are another feature. Best of all, it's free! (Here's the link to the Oregon page)

Surfline Cams and reports, forecasts, and great info about surfing around the globe. Much of it is free acess, but premium services require paid membership.

Club Of The Waves is a well established international surfing, surf art & culture site. The site profiles/showcases surf artists and photographers from around the world, and documents the history and culture of surfing.
